Super friendly staff, the place hardly smells. The roads to the top are well maintained. The 2 ton minimum charge is not bad at all considering the other option is 15 miles further out, takes at least 30 minutes to get in and get out, so it’s over an hour burned plus fuel, plus wear and tear on the truck (time is money). The roads are horrible, you get stuck all the time, even with 4 wheel drive. This is my preferred place to dump. I’ll gladly pay the premium as the facility is so much easier to deal with. The truck is barely even dirty when I get through. They also only take debit/credit. As where the other only takes cash or check. ~ J F
Kelly literally saved us when we were set to move and needed to get rid of old furniture like sofas, mattress and bookcases. Cannot be thankful with how welcoming everyone was and truly gave us a great experience. Helped with the stress of moving so much! ~ Cari E
I drive for a roll off company and Otis landfill is the best landfill in Jville. The people and property that is owned by Waste Management are RUDE! The property is not maintained and U end up with back/neck pain and damage to your vehicle... ~ Loco O

Clean and safe the dumptrucks seem to be watching out for all the traffic. One stopped and waved me it was safe to go , I was nervous. ~ Charles G
